Exciting Opportunity for Students to Showcase Their Artistic Talents in the County Clare Art Competition

The Clare Volunteer Centre is thrilled to announce the 2024 County Clare Art Competition, inviting all primary and secondary school students to participate in a creative celebration of inclusion, diversity, and unity. This year’s theme, ‘Connecting Communities Together: Celebrating Art, Inclusion, and Unity,’ encourages students to express their ideas of togetherness and inclusion through a variety of artistic forms.

From drawing and painting to digital art and mixed media, students will have the opportunity to showcase their artistic talents while promoting positive values within their community. Winning entries will be proudly featured in a 2025 calendar, and the winners will be honoured at a presentation ceremony in Ennis on December 5th, 2024.

Competition Details:

The overall winner will win an iPad with the 12 runner ups each receiving a €50 book voucher.

Entering the competition is easy, we can arrange to collect artwork from schools or alternatively, submissions can be mailed to Clare Volunteer Centre, Clare Education Centre, Kilrush Road, Ennis, Co. Clare V95 F782. Digital entries in JPEG or PDF format can be sent via email to sharon@volunteerclare.ie.
